DISHONEST *******!!!!!

I need to reiterate what previous people have said. This company are a bunch of dishonest, useless, *********** money grabbers. I was given an immediate settlement figure by them for my credit card which I paid over 3 months ago and they have still not notified Absa that the account has been settled and they are still demanding more money from me.. I have of course also not received a settlement letter and am unable to now operate my business due to their incompetence as a credit card is required for travel purposes. I am livid.
