My wife settled an account which was handed over to them early last year, but we found out today that it was not updated at the ITC then we requested a letter to confirm the settlement with the date of settlement. The letter was sent to us but they refused to include the date of settlement. When we called again the lady(Innocentia) became very rude to my wife and told her they don't include dates on their letters.
