Disgusting service

On the 9th June 2023 , payment was made for my woolworths account. Followed up with these debt collectors on the 13th June for a paid up letter, i was told it takes 21 working days. Sent a follow up email after the 21 days, i was told on the 17th July, they are doing a follow up and will get back to me. Since then, i have sent two emails requesting this letter and have not received any feedback.

They very quick to send emails and make calls to you requesting payments but now we have to beg for paid up letters to clear our name. Service is pathetic. Its a pity i cant mention the consultants name.
