Disgusted by customer service and process!!!!

I am absolutely disgusted with this Company. Every single morning I receive a call from them and every single morning I tell that they have the wrong number. I have given them the correct number for the person that they are calling for on numerous occasions in an absolute polite manner explaining that I am not sure as to why this person would provide my contact details for the account they are calling regarding and to please remove me off their calling list and call her but despite the information I have provided them they call me constantly!!!!!!!! I have asked to speak to a manager on numerous occasions to explain this because these calls are just not stopping and the consultants are either rude to me or hang up!!!! I am a Quality Team Leader for a Call Centre and I am certain that process by these agents are not followed and they clearly lack soft skills!! I wish these calls with just STOP!!!!!
