My account was handed over to them and I called the provider to request a settlement amount and they referred me to ITC and got hold of their recoveries department being Alefbet collections and recoveries and called asked for a settlement quote and I was promised to receive it before end of business day, nothing came through and called again still nothing and finally i was assisted by Martha Kuki Kekana over the phone and I asked for my quote and she checked the system and said it's 3400 and some odds I then had prio sent an EFT of R3000 due to the long wait the settlement quote the date was the 8th of May 2025 in the morning I then sent another EFT of R500 to cover the outstanding balance. She then said I must send her the proof of payments and I did and I spoke to her and she said, they will wait for the payment to reflect then send me my paid up letter. The date was the 26th of May when i sent another email asking why so many days for funds to reflect, I'm still waiting for the paid up. She rep**** saying i still owe... How? And she denied she said how much was the settlement amount and said she is awaiting investigation and recording of the call to her if she said that till today im still waiting to hear the verdict. We will rather not pay the accounts to be ****med my these attorneys.
