Demand for Paid up Letter

on the 26th of July, i paid my outstanding money to this collection company. i then requested a paid-up letter for my account. they referred me to the company they were collecting for, i did that, that company referred me back to Shapiro Shaik, but still, they couldn't help me, told me to wait for 41 days. while waiting, i get a call from another collecting agency that listed me, claiming that my account was never paid. its been a mission to get a clearance letter from this Shapiro Shaik, i'm being dismissed without any valid reason or proof that they settled my account
