Debt collectors charge for **** calls

I had an account handed over to Shapiro shaik, they constantly phkne me at all hours but never answer. My phone records prove that the calls are 1 - 4 secs sometimes. I answer say hello and they put down. They then charge me for every call they make to me under the guise of 'necessary telephonic debt consultations'. Beware of this, as they will ask you for proof when you query your bill/statement.
