<p> </p> <p>I had disovery medical aid in 2013 that was handed over due to me being retrenched. amount handed over 2893.88 in Oct 2013. Made arrangements to pay R100 monthly to SSDA, have been making payments monthly from then to now, i am being constantly harressed by them on a monthly basis even though i am making payments, and they charge me for all the calls and sms's they make to me, why? when i pay religeously every month. today i get a call from yet another one of their extremely rude call center staff (which i am probably going to be charged for as well) and then i get 2 sms's saying that i still owe R3476.44... how the h***is that possible? </p> <p>i need to know what fee structure you using? </p> <p>i have also reported this to the Natiuonal Coucil for Debt collectors. </p> <p>i will not accept this.... i am putting this on all platforms for everyone to see how you robbing people of hard earned cash....</p>
