This company harassies people too much. I had a dispute with mtn over a bill and i was handed over to this company. I told them about the dispute and that i was waiting for mtn to resolve it. The account was R1500 i have finished paying it and i still get a bill of R1900 from Shapiro, i asked for a statement and received it. I discovered that they have been charging me for all the calls of harassment even whe they have not spoken to me. So u are ****** ****** because mtn account is paid up and now u are collecting for unnecessary calls that you make. How do you people sleep at night? Hell awaits u
