Im very disappointed and frustrated by the service I have received from Shapiro shake and associates. I had an account with sportscene and I was handed over to Shapiro shake and associates. We then made an agreement for them to debit my account until the debt is paid off which was supposed to have been from feb until April with debits of 350. But on the last month they didn’t debit my account and all of a sudden they call a few months later saying that I owe 900 and something and the balance is due to fees and interest. They refuse to remove the additional charges so that I can pay the last instalment of 350. It was their fault that they didn’t debit so why am supposed to pay for their mistakes? Every time I call or they call they give me the run around and no one is willing to assist They all say they will investigate and get back to me. Yet they send emails daily saying I owe but nothing about the update on the matter. You can get hold of me on ********** 522. Card Number: ********** ********** 96593.
