Continuous harassment

This company has been continually harassing me for someone else's Discovery account for the past 2 months now. I HAVE NEVER HAD A DISCOVERY ACCOUNT EVER. I AM NOT MRS ANTOINETTE DU TOIT. I have blocked them and still they keep leaving voice messages over and over. What do they not understand about the fact that they have the wrong number????
