Continuous Harassment

Continuous telephonic harassment - Claiming my wife owes about R830 to the Dept of Education that she left 10 years ago - and her pension payment was FINALIZED in 2014 - 9 years later without any contact at all - now claiming there was an over payment. Shapiro Shaik Defries are operating outside of the law - as there is a 4 year contact clause - and no how many times we tell them this - they continue to harass my wife - today we will sign an affidavit at the Police Station to be sent to the Council for Debt Collectors for relief from this constant harassment
