Continues harrasment yet they dont read emails

On the 20th of January 2014 I requested cancelation of my up to date TV license account as I no longer was living alone and the TV had broken so I sold it to a person who at that time was working in our estate. I was given a process of provide a affidavit which I did. at no point was I advised that I need to provide the details of the new owner. Due to me being unable to provide the detail the SABC is unwilling to cancel the TV license which has now racked up a bill of R900.00. I am now being threatened by Shapiro Shaik Defries and associates.Nubebt also email me I explained the situation and a lady named Magdelina Buys revered the matter back to the SABC as I follow the process. This has now been dragged out to such an extent due to the SABC not responding to email and choosing not to cancel the TV license after I followed there process advised to my mom by Nonhlanhla.This is the 2 ND hello peter complaint and no response. This is getting out of hand I have all emails that I have sent as well as that I had advised I will not be held liable for any legal fees should they not cancel the license. I am being harassed on my work email. Please I need this to get sorted out now.
