Consultant rude!

I have never heard of your company till today, I just got called about a blood test that was not covered by my medical last year June when I asked your consultant why I'm being called from a debt collector he said I was TRACED to a number which I've been using now for almost 5 years,. Surely the Dr's could have contacted for my info or even the useless medical insurance Essential Med. When I asked why a year later, your friendly consultant dropped the call!
