Constant harrasment for prescribed debt

Despite numerous emails (two a week) for response to me emails, SSDA refuse to even acknowledge my emails and have even stated that they have not received my emails to them. This is a blatant lie as I respond directly to the emails they send demanding immediate payment for a prescribed debt . Last payment to Iburst contract that was cancelled due to non-delivery of service (i.e. unable to utilise the service due to signal issues) was in August 2011. I do not accept this debt that SSDA are hounding me for. The charges that are levied is preposterous. They state that they have corresponding with me since June last year yet cannot provide me with copies of the calls or emails / post that was sent. <br> <br> This is harassment. A compliant has been lodged with the Law Society and NCR. You cannot speak to their call centre agents who are uneducated, rude and simply put the phone down in your ear. <br> <br> I do not want to engage telephonically with the company and expect all correspondence in writing only.
