Constant calls and refusal to remove me from the system

On a daily basis, weekends included, I get phone calls, and at times smses from Shapiro shaik requesting to speak to a 'Penelope', which is not me. I have told them they have the wrong number, asked to be taken off the system and asked to speak to the manager. The phone was put down on me so I could not speak to a manager. And I have been told they can't take my number off the system as it's the number they need to contact this person, who assumes owes money. It's becoming harrasment as it's everyday more than once and from different numbers, some blocked, but I cannot keep up. In addition, I am unsure where they for my number? It's driving me insane, I've been woken up so many times, I've had calls on Sundays. It's enough now
