completely and utterly useless company

Paid my account more than 2 months ago. Waited for the paid up letter but there was no response from them, called them a month later only to hear there is a outstanding amount from mtn side. Called mtn legal and the account was paid in full and closed. Called again today just to hear they only made a partial payment and they are going to pay the outstanding amount tomorrow but I must call back next week to follow up if the payment was made. I must call you to find out if you did your job????
