Complaint regarding lack of feedback as promised

Good Day, I still await the proof of payment as promised from SSDA as Debt Administrators for Discovery Health whilst my account is showing in arrears on the Discovery side. I had a promise of feedback to no avail. It is now urgent please I would like to to put this matter to bed.
