COMPLAINT

So I got handed over to SSDA. I settled my account on 25th of June 2022. Today is 30th of August 2022 and still haven't received my paid up letter. This has a negative effect on my credit score and with that one cannot do anything. I've been sent back and forth with no luck and which is very unprofessional. Please I am no longer asking for the letter I am demanding for it now!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
