Company is Failure
This company is very bad, I have had a very bad experience with them. I paid my account in January 2019 and up till now they have not update my profile until now and their agents laugh at people while inquiring. They promise 30 days however it turns to 90days somehow. To all companies handing over clients to this company, I urge them to be on the lookout for the ombudsman. Jerry G, please respond on behalf of the company. Director Daniel Shapiro, please respond as well
