Such a disappointment, you try to contact them and they put you on hold and don't even bother getting back to you. My acc was supposedly to have been cascaded from SSDA to a different company however they still debit, now I have to pay for the same acc twice. Requested to speak to an agent through their WhatsApp on 25/06/2024 and nobody has called, 0 client service
