They're so unprofessional, their finance department is **** l. I phoned several times asking for a refund from them till today they've been coming up with stories.

I made a payment through them for an account that was handed over to them but they kept saying it has not been allocated and the other company that I was owing debited the money.. so now I want a refund that I paid to their account
