COLLECTION AGENCY WITH NO TRAINING

This company's website, speaks about professionalism and brags about the amount of money they have collected. This is really shameful when you run up interest on accounts that has been handed over but do not send the client any paperwork or electronic correspondence for months after the initial instruction. This is the case of my husband. The agent contacting my husband is not trained. They ramble off the name of the company, they promise to send emails but the only one he received after months is their banking details. No account has been attached. They actually told him what amount monthly he needs to pay. There is no negotiation regarding payment. We had to phone high and low to find out who he was handed over to. We finally have their details. Have contacted them and we are still waiting for the account. In the meanwhile, interest and costs are accumulating. They should be reported. Disgraceful service. If you say you are something on your website, live up to it.
