I have never seem, such a unprofessional person, 1stly she calls me about a medical aid that i cancelled on my resignation at discovery, i tell her that i spoke to discovery and she doesn't listen, and then talks while im talking, to top it all, she continues talking with her poor English, and talking ****, i was working at discovery and know the procedures but no she continues with **** on her less product knowledge, 1stly these collectors buy these books from the service providers and they use it as a source of business to them, so the money goes to them directly, so listen here 1stly before you call please get your product in line nd facts before talking ****, then she talks back and says have a great day then hang up rudely, im shocked that we have such pathetic debt collectors in such a big company
