Clueless!!!
OMW I have never dealt with a bunch of clowns like this. I asked the collector to please give me the interest rate they are charging me & he said 10% per month. What am I missing?? No breakdown!! I have requested them to send me an e-mail regarding this but nothing. The reason for the e-mail is that I do not trust them I need proof. Just to get a call this morning to inform me of further interest. Also that they had the incorrect e-mail address!!! So because of their incompetence I have to pay further interest. Requesting another e-mail the arrogant agent told me that he is not in the position to send me such a mail only admin can do this and he is not sure when this will happen. So why do you have a person phoning me that is not able to send me such detail. Maybe to charge me more interest in your favour. THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR A TV LICENCE FOR A TV I DO NOT HAVE. I asked him who do I speak to when the supposedly arrear is paid at the SABC in order to ensure that this does not happened. He didn't know. Guess what I WILL NOT PAY 1 SINGLE CENT OVER TO SHAPIRO SHAIK DE FRIES. Surely the national consumer act protects you from companies like this?
