Clear my Name /Remove me Under Debt Review

Good day.

I didn't want to take this route but am tired ,this is my last hope these Company doesn't take me serious . We agreed that will pay my Debt with them then they will remove my name , but they didn't even try to do so . They have sent me Clearance Letter but they didn't bother to remove my name Under Debt Review .

Every time when i check my status it says am still owing them , what confuses me the most it still says ...Revolving Credit , so i went to Google and check the meaning of that.

Please help me , i have a paid up letter am not owing these guys .
