Clear my name at the credit bureau please.

My Markham account was forwarded to Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates for me to pay them,I have paid them last year 1st of March 2022, they have even sent me settlement letter but the problem is my ITC update still the same in my clearscore and its making my credit profile looks bad,how long is it going to take for ITC to update my credit profile because its 11 months already I am still listed at the credit bureau.
