Change not Paid, Emails ignored (***)

This account (*** MTN: A***) was settled with R16000, and the outstanding amount, as per your harassing emails sent to me, was R 15 770,47. Meaning, there is a change of R229.53 that must be paid back to my account.<br> <br> Two emails were sent to you, but as expected from your poor communication that you have shown from email correspondence with you, you ignored such emails.<br> I have contacted MTN, and they say you should pay my change.<br> Just once in your life, don't be prompt in harassing people with payment, and when you have to pay back their money, decide to ignore their requests.<br> <br> I want that change credited back to my account, and I need a proof of payment.<br> Go ahead and ignore this complaint like you always ignored my correspondences with you.
