Cell c account paid up letter

Andrew Mbukwa from SSDA attorneys i nee5my paid up letter, you're not responding to my emails, and as promised by one of your staff the 24th of January has passed and I still don't have my paid up letter letter for cell c account. Please do your work sir and send me the letter because you guys will ignore me and after cell c will be saying I owe them money..
