Cell Account

this company is out there to milk peoples money my cell c account was handed to them in 2021/09/09 and i made arrange to pay them every month in my surprise they went on and said i have two accounts with cell which is lie i spoke to team leader who said he spoke to cell the amount that i owe was R11 365.51 so today i called them as i want to settle the account they told me that i owe cell c R12 012.96 this account keeps on accumulation regardless that i am paying i have proof of e-mail that i have been sharing with their stuff but they are ignoring they want me to agree to the amount that they are says i owe which is nonsense these company's are ripping us off big time. this Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates is so unprofessional their service is so bad they just useless.
