can't get hold of the company

This is an unprofetional company never accept to settle account with them they will disappear and when you try to call them the phones dont work. i tryed 2 months emailng them even using WhatsApp they will promise to comeback to you 2 months now waiting for their call even now im still waiting for the paid up letter
