Calling everyday and being arrogant and rude

So upset with this company...I was retrenched therefore I couldn't pay the MTN account. Even though I had made my feelings known with the MTN issue had I been working I could have settled the account. I am still unemployed but they keep insisting I make an arrangement. How can I make an arrangement without an income. surely that will be irresponsible of me. another thing is it will give them more reason to keep calling day and night when I have not owned the payment. <br> another thing I want to know is How does the outstanding balance on accounts double up with 5 months. surely that ridiculous considering the person couldn't pay the initial amount owed. when its doubled by calling and sms someone everyday.<br> lastly stop threatening people by saying you will list them on ITC.
