Calle centre call agent with no respect

Hi<br> <br> Not sure if you are going to respond to this. I got a call from a lady by the name of Shelpha this morning and she said that she is calling from Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates. This call was at 07h40, while i was attending to the kids and getting them ready for the day. I asked her in a very calm voice \ do you know what the time is\" and she responded with a mass of sarcasm. I must say the manner in which she deals with people is unacceptable and she shud be reprimanded. I asked her to call her supervisor which i thought at first wud be a shot in the dark as the Supervisor's are never around when you need them. As truth be told...that supervisor (Perpetual) was not at her desk...how convenient. I asked her to call back much later in the morning and she said she will call me in 15 minutes...really...cant this woman count. I asked her to ask her supervisor to call me after 9am. I have a 3 year old thats not well at all that i need to deal with and all Shelpha is concerned about is the info in-front of her on the pc. Try being a HUMAN people!"
