Buying of accounts

I had a foshini account back in 2012 which is no close by foshini its been written off by that company itself. However ssda decided to buy this account and list me on the Itc as a negative payer. which according to the NCA is *****. I did contact this ssda last year was removed, this month I did a credit report and see this company is back. I don't understand how can this company bought my account from foshini and list me on the Itc. THIS IS *****!!!
