What's particularly perplexing is that I had never received any calls or written communication from them regarding this matter until I personally reviewed my credit report. Now, they're insisting on charging interest for a period during which I had no knowledge of the situation and no opportunity to address it. This demand for interest spanning seven years appears unjust and unreasonable to me. Calls, emails nothing changes as the correspondence just "vanishes" and no one can find notes and I just keep on getting harassed.
