Bullies, harrassors, *********** and rude!

Totally unacceptable! I am being harrassed on a daily basis for an account which is totally incorrect and should not even exist. I receive phone calls before 7am in the mornings demanding money but when I try and explain the situation, they hang up on me. When I call cell C, I get told to take it up with the attorneys and when I call Shapiro shaik defries and associates, I get told to take it up with cell C. Neither of them are prepared to try and resolve the matter. I have contacted the ombudsman and the complaints board, lets see if they can help me to get these *********** pests off my back.
