BS POPI ACT - outstanding balance

Please stop calling me trying to advise that we still owe money. The outstanding balance was paid in May. When asking what the amount is that is still outstanding you come with some BS saying that due to the popi act we cannot disclose the amount because the account is in my husband name. Well if you are following the POPI act then you should know you are not allowed to call me. Blerrie hell we are married in COP so you can tell me what the outstanding balance. The person does not know what she is talking about and keeps quiet.
