Broken promises

Good day Hello Peter my husband and i kindly need your help .

We took a cell phone on CELL C in 2020 could not pay for it but 2022 November they sent us a message for us to resume our payments and to note that they have handed us over so we have to pay through them ,then they say they have given us a discount, hearing of that we quickly settled that account they then told us we have to wait 21 days before we get a settlement letter so we waited for the 21 days we called again they said no we have to wait 41 days then they will give it to us ,we are now on 60 days our clear score said we are in arrears of that money we have been discounted for and they are taking us back and forth on who should give us the settlement letter they have been telling us after 2 days after 2 days same story everyday,we need your help to intervene please

I saw a response but you guys don't get back to us when you actually say you will get back to us,now cell c wants you to send proof that we have indeed payed up the account, please call them and send them proof

I've requesting a paid up letter since last they told that they don't draft paid up letter anymore that i understand, they told me that they will request the paid up letter from cell c but when I call they say SSDA are the one who suppose to give a paid up letter its they are playing me..i need help

hellopeter please this SSDA thing its driving me crazy I've been requesting for a paid letter up, everyday same stories when they want you to pay they call 24/7, but now they tell me stories..no one is taking responsibility for this matter as if nothing has happened..pls help

SSDA is not giving me a paid up letter everytime I called them they always tell me stories that they have requested a paid up letter from cell c and they always say no respond from cell c every time, they say they are going to escalate it again ,you can not request a paid up letter for the whole year, bad service

You guys are playing me when i call SSDA to send me a paid up letter they say they are waiting for feedback from cell c, when i call cell c they say they are waiting for feedback from SSDA, im confused who is suppose to send me a paid up letter
