This company is robbing people and giving false information onto clients,on numerous occasions I requested a statement as to why I owed an amount of R735.10,they couldn't give me a statement instead they gave me incorrect information by saying the interest will stop until we resolve the matter,couple months passed and nothing,so I decided to pay the account to the company owed and left it now 8 months later they saying I owe them R900 and something for the interest ,they still can't tell me why I owed the other amount,all they can show,me is a statement with interest.at one stage they called me to say it's,been resolved and they sending me a letter to confirm it ,now a few months later they send me an email saying I owe them,so these people are ****** , can anyone advise me on how to expose them further ?they say that the call centre agent that told me the interest won't go up and the one that said that the account is,sorted doesn't know,what they were speaking,so they hire anyone with no training and let these people pass on incorrect information,this is very poor service and *********.
