So I called Monday,8 Aug, 2022 so spoke to Keitumetse eventually to be told there was a reversal done on the 25th April, I sent 3months bank statement to prove this being incorrect to be responded to with another date of dispute in reversal. Now that i requested an account stament they saying my account was handed over to another debt collector and that they will be calling me soon. No statements provided from day of 1st payment.
