BEWARE SHAPIRO SHAIK DEFRIES & ASSOCIATES IS A ****!!!!!

Shapiro is a ****!! I had a debt they wanted me to pay fro Zone fitness, of which I was paying R300.00 a month, then on the 25th of November 2021, I was told that I have a "Black Friday discount", and I should pay a lump sum of R1445.00 IN ORDER TO FINISH OFF MY DEBT,of which i did, then when its time for them to give me a paid-up letter, they have excuses, till today. They even went ahead and debited R300.00 on the 25th of December 2021, of which till today I have not received a refund of. I have emailed them my bank statement, letter requesting a refund and paid up letter, but this "Keitumetse Senne <***>" has been giving me excuses since. If you ever have to deal with this people, please know that they are a ****, and need to be shut down.
