Being HARASSED by SSDA Attorneys and they not issuing my Paid Up Letter

I am sooo not happy with Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates and their consultants are not helpful at all. They offered me a 50% discount in my Jet account and I settled my account on 31 December 2020 and I immediately sent the proof of payment and I was told that I will get my paid up letter in 21 days, till to date I am still waiting for it and everyday I receive calls from them regarding the same account I have settled only when I tell them that I have settled the account they will put me on hold and tell me they have escalated to the relevant department, even when I call them they will either drop the call on me or tell me they have made a follow up. At some point I even emailed one of their Team Leaders Clara Nyasha Mashezha regarding this she never bothered to respond to my email. All I want is my paid up letter nothing else
