Balance On The Account

<p>I have an Edgars account ehich was handed over to Shapiro Shaik Defries on the 14 novermber 2014.the balace was R7 324.65.i was not working by that time.i made arrangement with them that i will tray to pay atleast a 100 rand every month if i get the money.the money that i paid so far is 2050.i clled them today to check the balace its still 6800.so from 2014 util today i was only paying the legal fees.i was not doing anything on the account.i really don't understand how they work</p>
