BAD SERVICE ON GIVING BACK REFUNDS

<p>I have gone to a debt review company who was handled my payments. All went well till I send email to Shapiro Shaik defries & Associates to ask how much I still owe on a iburst acount in May 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>Got confirmation of my STATEMENT showing I have a credit of R 4006.06.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called them they said I must send my bank statement with id and a letter of requests for the money to be paid back to me. I have send them all the documents they needed but yet no money has been paid back into my bank account and it is the 4th of August 2017. They don't reply to emails. I Call them every week and get the same answer it's in progress they cant tell me when pymemt will be made. No one there is willing to help me I am getting tired of not getting back what is rightfully mine. I have spoken to so many people there and every time cant get answers out of them. the one said Lindiwe will be able to tell me when payment will be made but till today I could not once speak to Lindiwe her calles is been screend and then i get told she is not at her desk or she is busy. the one told me she was going to make payment on a friday but nothing happened. Kentsenao Malefahlo whom I spoke to first doesnt evan reply to my emails. </p> <p> </p> <p>How can a company treat people like this. Thay could not evan once call of email me to say I have paid to much just kept quiet if i did not do a follow up they would still have received more money from me. the were quick to contact me to pay when i went to debt review but now where is there integrety now to call or email me. This makes me sick to know how currupt they are to streal from me and keep quiet about it.</p> <p> </p> <p>when will i get my hard working money back from them. </p>
