Bad service

Hi i am very discussed i stopped working over 12 years ago. i Resonantly started working again i wanted to open an clothing account just to find out that this company claims i owe them. This thing reflects on my credit report badly and i want it removed i have been sending them emails try to call them but no response and on top of it all they claim that i owe them and i see on my credit report this thing was opened over 3 years ago. i have not been working for the past 12 years so how can i have opened accounts please fix this shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates.
