Bad service and drop calls while talking

Good Day I just want say you are phoning me about an account that is payed and the I speak too two team leaders and they Both just put the phone down in my ear I want the call recordings. The people I speak too refuse too give there names or a reference number. I send emails I have five Ticket numbers and you never give me answers on the ticket numbers. you give bad service
