Bad service

Worst service ever!!! This people don't answer emails and when you call for information - they give you the wrong information i phoned to find out if they are open on Saturday's and was told yes they are - i drove all the way from East Rand to Roodepoort just to be told they are closed!!!! I wanted to make payment in Person to make sure i get a paid up letter, seems to me that is what they do to assure they can rip people off even more!!!
