Bad service 7months down the drain still no clearance letter

Is been 7months now still waiting on my clearance letter I paid up my debt Edgar gave me a paid letter but still say am under debt review Nimble group said I must get it from u guys ... transunion and Ncr said the same thing but yet I stand naked ... you called me everyday to pay but now u just can't help... I need to get that to NCR to clear my name do the honourable thing here yall are giving the company a bad name... companies like Anglo debt assessors help people you guys are destroying lives... I need that clearance letter ASAP .... email address ***
