Bad service

After my last complaint and info that my account has been paid and never in arrears, I am still waiting for a letter from this firm stating that I am up to date and that my name is removed on ITC as Cell C have wrongful handed me over. These companies are very keen to advise that you owe them money but as soon as you give them all the proof that you were never in arrears it take them months to send you any sort of communication that they have cleared you from ITC and that you don't owe them any money.
