BAD SERVICE

It's so annoying that every single day you guys call me,I requested a settlement discount since someone wanted to settle my cell c account..your bunch of irritating, arrogant agents they don't want to give me the discount I have asked to pay off my contract...I requested 50% discount since in October 2022,emails were sent to you but you not responding.WHAT KIND OF EDC THAT DOES NOT GIVE THEIR CUSTOMERS DISCOUNTS AS THEY REQUEST 😥😥😡😡😡😡,YOU BUSY CALLING AND CHANGING MAAL PRICES ON THOSE CALLS...AND AGAIN I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND WHY IS YOUR BALANCE NOT THE SAME AS THE ONE ON MY ITC RECORD?YOUR SERVICE LEVEL IS VERY POOR AND ***********.
